Step One
Let’s Get Acquainted
We’d love to get connected with you! Please submit your contact info and some details about your project. Once we receive that, we’ll contact you to discuss your requirements and vision for the project, as well as make sure we’re a good fit for each other. After the call, we’ll schedule a meeting to discuss further details including the project scope, budget, and timeline.
Based on our initial meeting, we’ll establish a budget, outline the rough scope of work, and go over the upcoming design process.
Step Two
Building in the Details
With a signed Design Agreement under way, our design team will meet with you to understand the details of your project and survey your existing space.
We’ll work with you to come up with a design you love using models, renderings, and elevations for your to visualize your new space.
At your Design Walk-Through, we’ll review and confirm the design details to ensure everything is aligned before we finalize and sign your Construction Agreement.
Step Three
The Design Meeting
Once the Construction Agreement is signed, we get to the vision that makes your new space yours. At our Selection Gallery, we’ll guide you through every choice that determines the look and feel of your home.
You’ll have the opportunity to see, feel, touch, and choose all the elements that will personalize your home. Our designers will walk you through the entire process to help bring your style home.
Step Four
Pre-Construction
In this phase we’ll produce final construction drawings incorporating any necessary structural engineering and complete the permitting process.
At our Pre-Construction Walk-Through, we’ll get together to finalize details and get ready to commence construction. We’ll discuss the project sequence, milestone dates, production schedule, and review the scope of work.
